The Ranger Beads are singular diamond knots that are knotted around two strands of Paracord, making them slidable. This will help you not loose track of your Hail Marys if you happen to get distracted. Ranger Beads, or pace counting beads, were originally designed to help the military, hikers, rangers, and the like track their distance. The stainless Our Father bead adds a metallic touch but is also durable and nearly indestructible.
